It a busy time of year to be in the marine industry. Over the last month, Boat Command has been to 6 boat shows across the middle United States. Actually, I have no idea of how to classify the geographic region, but we’ve been to shows in Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Springfield, Tulsa, and Dallas. It’s easy to classify the four corners of the U.S. but I don’t think anyone can agree on how to classify the middle part. And I won’t waste your time trying to figure it out myself.
Now to important things. Did the Groundhog see it’s shadow or not? I thought we were going to have six more weeks of winter, but it was nearly 75 degrees in Dallas over the weekend! So, for those of you who live in the Southern Eastern Middle Western Somewhere-by-Water part of the United States, I recommend testing the waters while the weather is still warm.
Good news! We will be in Miami for the Miami International Boat Show. The show features numerous really cool vessels and some little technology company that helps boaters Monitor, Control, and Share their boats information. I hear the blog writer for that company is a nice guy. We hope to see you there!
